In contrast with the common cutter membrane discharge system , the hygienic liner-integrated valve operates as a simple but effective tap and offers simple, clean partial discharge, savings of time and cost in the cleaning of secondary valves and spillages; reduced risk of contamination; reduced wastage of product. In addition, where there is a partial discharge of product, that may be followed by a significant period of storage, before a further discharge, that is a reduced risk of leakage.

The OptiFlow™ range of discharge valves have been on our drawing
board for nearly 3 years. We have taken the knowledge gained from finding the
weaknesses of existing valves on the markets and used it to create our own
patented cost effective ball valves. Some of these valve weaknesses are;

The flow rate of a conventional valve depends upon the degree of
opening, the pressure, and the shape. We use unique full flow valve member
shapes instead of the traditional butterfly valve to increase the flow rate.

OptiFlow™ Roplug DN50 is a unique steam cleanable two inch valve. Our valve
enables our customers to fill and discharge aseptic products in liquid liners.
The Roplug DN50' structural design enables it to be cleaned with high
temperature steam for prolonged periods. The patented ball valve structure
design allows steam sterilization up to a temperature of 130
degrees Celsius(3 bar pressure for 30 minutes).

ONE-STEP TAMPER EVIDENCE
Horen has developed an innovation tamper evidence solution for
Roplug DN50 which is attached directly to the valve lid. The system is
easy to operate and provides a high level of security. Our simple valve
locking clip ensures that the valves have not been opened and therefore
protects your valuable product during transportation . You can customize
the
colours of the tamper evident ring and also print unique identification codes on each individual tamper evident ring.

UNIQUE ROPLUG SEALING SYSTEM
OptiFlow™ Roplug DN50 has a retained gasket system which improves
the efficiency of the seal function. An Innovative ball driving system
reduces the heavy torque and allows the ball to be
easily maneuvered. A unique patented design enables the ball to engage with, and then release from, the valve seal without friction. This makes the valve easy to operate, maintains the integrity of the seal, and can be operated over 300 times.

1. Unique innovative driving system allows the valve to be easily
opened and closed using low torque. When closed the ball valve member is drive
into place to press against the contoured gasket for better sealing.
2. LLDPE Gland is welded directly to liner. A special gasket
ensures good connection between the gland and valve without leaking rish.
3. Rollplug DN50 can be easily installed and uninstalled with
IBCs.
4. The Screw cap locks the handle in place avoiding accidental
opening of the valve and loss of product.
5. Double gaskets on Handle and ball in pin ensures anti-leak
